Check in. Guests are welcome after 4:00 p.m. and must vacate by 11:00 a.m. to allow for turnover.
No Pets or Smoking. If you are discovered to have a pet in our home, you will be asked to board the pet immediately and pay a $100.00 cleaning fee or to vacate the property without refund.
Rental Period. Rentals run from Saturday-to-Saturday during the summer season. Bookings of less than a week are selectively available during off season.
Reservations Payments: 50% payment for the cost of the reservation (excluding damage deposit) must be made in order to make a reservation for this vacation house. The remaining 50% is required 60 days prior to check-in.
Cancellations: All payments are non-refundable, but for cancellations that are made 14 days or more prior to arrival, any payments that have been made will be 100% credited towards a future stay at Betsie Bay House. For cancellations that are made less than 14 days prior to arrival, any payments will not be returned and we will not provide a credit towards a future stay.
Cleaning Fee: The cleaning rate is $100.00 per stay.
Deposit: A $300.00 deposit is required. This deposit is fully-refundable and will be returned to the guest if there is no damage to the property within 7 days.
Rates. Rates are based on occupancy of 9 guests. When there are more than 9 guests there will be additional $50.00 charge for extra linens and cleaning (included in guest overflow).
