Policies
- Check in. Guests are welcome after 4:00 p.m. and must vacate by 11:00 a.m. to allow for turnover.
- No Pets or Smoking. If you are discovered to have a pet in our home, you will be asked to board the pet immediately and pay a $100.00 cleaning fee or to vacate the property without refund.
- Rental Period. Rentals run from Saturday-to-Saturday during the summer season. Bookings of less than a week are selectively available during off season.
- Reservations Payments: 50% payment for the cost of the reservation (excluding damage deposit) must be made in order to make a reservation for this vacation house. The remaining 50% is required 60 days prior to check-in.
- Cancellations: All payments are non-refundable.
- Cleaning Fee: The cleaning rate is $200.00 per stay.
- Deposit: A $300.00 deposit is required. This deposit is fully-refundable and will be returned to the guest if there is no damage to the property within 7 days.
- Rates. Rates are based on occupancy of 9 guests.
