No Pets or Smoking: If You Are Discovered to Have a Pet in Our Home, You Will Be Asked to Board the Pet Immediately and Pay a $500.00 Cleaning Fee or to Vacate the Property Without Refund.
Please note that this property is monitored by ADT and has three outdoor cameras on the west side of the house to ensure your safety.
Check In: Guests Are Welcome After 4:00 PM And Must Vacate by 11:00 AM To Allow for Turnover.
Rental Period: Rentals Run From Saturday to Saturday During the Summer Season. Bookings of Less Than a Week Are Selectively Available During Off Season.
Cancellations: All Payments Are Non-Refundable.
Cleaning Fee: The Cleaning Rate is $200.00 Per Stay.
Rates: Rates Are Based on Occupancy of 9 Guests. Please note that the maximum number of guests allowed is 9. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
Immediate Departure Required: Please be advised that immediate vacation of the premises is required by 11AM.
